Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be sealed and in a re-sellable condition to be eligible for a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, if your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned using our returns method.

Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. How do I track my order?

You can track your order 24 hours after it is placed.

Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

Eligible items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can choose to pay with a Credit or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna, or Diners Club.

What shipping options do you offer?

We’re working hard to get your rug packed and on its way as quickly as possible. It usually takes 1–3 business days for us to process, pack, and dispatch your order. Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout. Orders placed after 12pm (UK time) will be processed the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. If you'd like your order sooner, you can upgrade to express shipping for an additional £4.99, which can be selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, if you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, feel free to contact us at [email protected] — we’ll see what we can do for you.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 28-day return policy for rugs. You have 28 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the rug must be unopened, unused, and in a re-sellable condition, with all original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is also required.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
  • Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
